Farrimond House, for Be First, is highly commended at the 2024 Brick Awards in the large housing category. Helen (Project Associate) and Joe (Project Architect) celebrated with the team. This is Be First's first net zero Carbon in use scheme and is part of Barking's regeneration of the Gascoigne East estate.

We enjoyed a winter walk this November around four of our housing schemes in east London. Travelling from Gascoigne East for Be First, onto Imperial Street for Guinness, then Plaistow Hub for Populo Living.

We then walked north through Queen Elizabeth Park through Fish Island Village to have dinner next to our completed scheme Monier Road, for Peabody.

Wonder what we have been up to in the last few months?

We teamed up with developers Unboxed Homes and Steenvlinder, and architects Mae and AOC to deliver twelve detached, custom build houses on a site just 35 minutes from London. We received planning consent last month for our proposals to build 226 new homes as part of one of east London’s largest housing redevelopments by Be First on Barking’s Gascoigne East Estate.
