Wonder what we have been up to in the last few months?

We teamed up with developers Unboxed Homes and Steenvlinder, and architects Mae and AOC to deliver twelve detached, custom build houses on a site just 35 minutes from London. We received planning consent last month for our proposals to build 226 new homes as part of one of east London’s largest housing redevelopments by Be First on Barking’s Gascoigne East Estate. Two of our Projects, The Reach and Monier Road, were shorlisted for various awards. And our team discovered new talents during lockdown. To find out more read our newsletter.

Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2020

Monier Road, as part of Fish Island Village, has won Best Large Development and Grand Prix at Evening Standard New Homes Awards. Working alongside Haworth Tompkins and Lyndon Goode Architects for Peabody and Hill, the development provides 580 new homes and affordabl workspace.
