Our Custom Build homes in Essex are now available to purchase and we ventured outside our doorstep to find inspiration during lockdown.
Check out Luke Tozer, Director of Pitman Tozer and Laura Baron, Associate, talking with Adam Roberts, Senior Regeneration Manager at Peabody, in the latest lockdown film by Peabody telling the story of Thamesmead regeneration and The Reach.
Wonder what we have been up to in the last few months?
We teamed up with developers Unboxed Homes and Steenvlinder, and architects Mae and AOC to deliver twelve detached, custom build houses on a site just 35 minutes from London. We received planning consent last month for our proposals to build 226 new homes as part of one of east London’s largest housing redevelopments by Be First on Barking’s Gascoigne East Estate. Two of our Projects, The Reach and Monier Road, were shorlisted for various awards. And our team discovered new talents during lockdown. To find out more read our newsletter.
