The relocation of an existing community centre will allow for the construction of 33 residential units in Coulsdon, within the London borough of Croydon
Working with Brick by Brick Croydon Ltd, the scheme comprises a high quality residential development at land to the north east of Barrie Close, Coulsdon West. The site is currently occupied by Coulsdon Community Centre, which would relocate to 41 Malcolm Road as part of a separate application.
The scheme optimises a constrained site and provides a range of dwelling sizes, including a high proportion of family units.
Planning permission was granted by LB Croydon Planning Committee in April 2018.
