Bulrush Court
144 Affordable Homes as part of a wider regeneration in East London.
Bulrush Court is a key new development for The Guinness Partnership in Bromley By Bow in East London, delivering 144 high quality affordable rented homes. As part of the Leaside Lock regeneration, this second phase complements a 950 home masterplan, with 1,2&3 bedoom homes alongside 213m2 of commerical space. Inspired by 1930s mansion blocks, it centres on a landscaped communal courtyard and uses sustainable design principles including a fabric first approach, green roofs, rooftop pvs and a district heating system. The project delivers human scaled development within the wider regeneration of the new neighbourhood.
