The proposal provides a new home for Coulsdon Community Centre at the heart of Coulsdon town with the extension and refurbishment of a disused Edwardian school.
Working with Brick by Brick Croydon Ltd, the site will form part of a new community hub at the centre of Coulsdon which will include a new healthcare centre.
Planning permission was granted by LB Croydon Planning Committee in March 2018.
