Gascoigne East Phase 3A will provide 226 new homes, 55% of which will be at either affordable rent or London affordable rent. The proposal includes the first net zero carbon building to be delivered by LB Barking and Dagenham (Plot J).

Proposals are split across two sites, Plot I consisting of two linear blocks, and Plot J, which is arranged around a central courtyard garden providing predominantly family accommodation.

The project developed from a masterplan analysis, with HTA and Stitch, re-examining the masterplan for later phases.
